Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern
We’re looking for someone curious, people-savvy to join us as a BDE Intern. This isn’t a “just observe” internship, you’ll be hands-on in both building new business and making sure our customers have an exceptional experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Create and execute sales strategies for D2C, B2B, channel partners, etc
- Engage walk-in customers at our studio, understand their needs, and offer sales solutions
- Maintain and update our CRM and sales funnels
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
- Respond promptly to inbound leads via email, phone, or chat
- Assist customers with product details, pricing, and availability
- Provide quotations and support customers through purchase decisions
- Handle pre-purchase questions (compatibility, customization) and post-purchase issues (installations, returns, replacements, warranty claims)
- Capture and share customer feedback with the team to help improve our products and services
