Business Development
We are looking for a fresher/experienced and motivated Business Development
Executive/Manager to join our team and lead our sales team and develop strategies for our fast growing home hardware business. You'll be at the forefront of what drives our success and growth.
This position requires an individual who is highly organized, results-driven, and passionate about our business.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for D2C, B2B, Channel
Partners, Exhibitions, and trade shows.
● Sell our products in our studio and recruit a team of sales professionals.
● Research and analyze the competition to identify our unique selling points.
● Create and maintain a sales funnel and CRM that is easy to use and keeps us on
top of things.
● Keep optimizing our strategy to ensure optimal performance.
● Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners & employees.
● Create a sales pipeline and funnel to track progress and ensure success.
● Conduct market research to help keep us on top of things.
