Sample Order Policy

We offer sample orders to help customers review the quality, finish, and suitability of our products before placing a full order.

Sample order terms:

• Minimum sample order value: ₹7,000

• Maximum quantity: 8 pieces

• Samples are allowed only once per customer

• Samples must be returned within 7 days

Please note:

• Sample orders are meant for evaluation purposes only.

• Repeat sample requests will not be accepted.

For Bangalore customers:

• We do not provide sample deliveries in Bangalore.

• Customers in Bangalore are requested to visit our studio or schedule a site visit to experience the products in person.
