Customer Support Executive

About the Role

  • This is a full-time, on-site, shift-based role for freshers and experienced candidates (0-2 years). As a Customer Support Executive, you will be crucial in ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and phone.
  • Providing accurate quotations and assisting customers with their purchase decisions.
  • Maintaining accurate customer data and comprehensive communication logs.
  • Collaborating effectively with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Meeting important lead-response and conversion targets.

Who We're Looking For

  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Strong customer service and outstanding communication abilities.
  • Flexibility to work weekends or odd hours as needed.
  • Sales experience is a bonus.
  • A self-driven attitude and the ability to work independently.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹1,80,000 – ₹2,40,000 per annum (based on experience).
