About the Role

• As a Coordinator, you'll be a vital part of our team, responsible for facilitating and organizing various tasks to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects or events.
• Managing schedules, calendars, and appointments for team members.
• Facilitating clear communication within the team and across departments.
• Organizing and maintaining all project documentation, files, and records.
• Collaborating closely with team members to ensure all project timelines are met.
• Monitoring progress and providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Handling essential administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
• Providing support in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials.
• Warmly welcoming visitors to our studio.
• Efficiently managing office supplies.
• Professionally answering phone calls.

Who We're Looking For

• This is a full-time, permanent position, open to both freshers and experienced candidates. We're seeking someone who is:
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• An effective communicator and a collaborative team player.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹1,80,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum (based on experience).
