We offer a limited domestic warranty (within India) of 6 months against manufacturing defects only.
In order to obtain the warranty service, you must deliver the Product, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, to the address specified by us. As may be required by applicable law, MANTARA may require you to furnish proof of purchase details and/or comply with other requirements before receiving warranty service. It is your responsibility to backup any data, software, or other materials you may have stored or preserved on the Product. It is likely that such data, software, or other materials will be lost or reformatted during warranty service, and MANTARA will not be responsible for any such loss.
In case the warranty is not applicable you will have to bear the charges to repair the product.

Custom Designs
At Mantara, we’re here to turn your ideas into reality. Before we begin, here’s what you need to know:
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Custom orders start at a minimum of 500 pieces. Please note that multiple products cannot be combined to meet the MOQ.
- 3D Model Deposit: A ₹500 deposit is required to create a 3D model of your design. This deposit is fully refundable when you place your order but will not be refunded if an order is not placed after the model is provided.
- Reference Image: To help us bring your vision to life, kindly include a reference image with your submission.
