Return Policy:

Thank you for choosing MANTARA. Your complete satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Should you find yourself less than fully satisfied with your purchase, please allow us the opportunity to assist you.

Returns & Exchanges:

Should you wish to return or exchange your purchase, kindly do so within 7 days from the date of receipt. We will gladly refund the full cost of the item, deducting a restocking fee and applicable shipping costs.

You have a 7-calendar-day window to initiate the return process from the date of receiving your item.

The following general return policy applies to all items sold on our website:

A return may be initiated if the item meets any of the following conditions:

- It was delivered in a physically damaged condition.

- It has missing parts or accessories.

- It differs from what was originally ordered.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

- You possess the receipt or proof of purchase.

- The item is unused and remains in its original condition.

Should you lack the outer packaging provided during delivery, kindly ensure adequate packaging to prevent damage during transit, as any harm incurred due to insufficient packaging will be your responsibility.

Please note the following:

- Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page are exempt from returns.

- Some items may not qualify for return, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of the product ordered.

- Shipping or freight charges on returns are non-refundable.

- A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to returned items.

- Should a delivery be refused or deemed undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, a penalty may be charged, including additional shipping fees. We kindly advise reviewing your order information before finalizing.

Exchange:

For damaged items, we offer a "free replacement" only if the product arrives damaged, exhibiting dents, scratches, or other damages. Customers must request the free replacement within 10 calendar days of item delivery and provide the requested supporting images. All other requests for product damages will be considered "customer damage."

Refund Policy:

Upon the return of items, refunds are processed to the original source after deducting all applicable charges. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must provide Bank or UPI information for refund processing. Please allow 5-7 working days for refund processing after the goods are returned to our warehouse.

Cancellation Policy:

We offer a full refund of the order value for cancellations made before dispatch. For dispatched orders, we refund the order value after deducting actual fulfillment charges.
