Office Hours

Employees are required to complete 8 hours and 30 minutes a day.

We offers two shift options:

Shift 1: 7:30 AM – 8:00 AM (Clock-in window) *role specific*

Shift 2: 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM (Clock-in window) *general*

For roles such as Business Development and Operations, It is a 6 day work week with a sunday work requirement.

Hybrid Policy

We offer a hybrid work model that allows for one day of WFH per week for eligible roles. This is subject to approval on the successful completion of individual goals.

Leave Policy

  • Planned leaves

    Need to be applied 4 days prior.

  • Unplanned/Sick Leave

    Allowed once per month as paid.

  • Planned Unpaid Leave

    Need to be applied 4 days prior.

  • Public Holidays

    Any 3 of your choosing.

You'll receive 7.5 days of paid leave per month, which includes your weekly days off.
